Chocolate Powder gives you stunning vibrant colours when colouring fats and oils in your baking, such as chocolate, Cocoa Butter, modelling chocolate or chocolate melts. Chocolate Powder is an oil based food colouring.

Use: Add small amounts of the powder into your melted product. Mix well into your product before adding more colour.

Tips: Add small amounts at a time as colours are concentrated.
